I was out to see the lovely two bedroom unit that was up for sale and fell in love with Vancouver Cohousing . I would love to be considered for the one bedroom unit that Cam Dore mentioned was coming available . I have already met some of your community members Cam White and family through our connections with Compass Cohousing in Langley. I am on several committees at Compass so I have become very familiar with consensus decision making and community building . At the present time we are not moving towards construction so there is a long wait ahead. I would do everything I could to be an asset to your community . I am recently retired and in good health so I would have plenty of time available to contribute to the community.
I am available to move in for the October 1 date and hoping to stay in Vancouver for as long as the rental unit is available. My family is in Vancouver and I would prefer to stay close to them if I can.

Hello! We're Shana and Ellen, we both work in the arts (as a documentary producer and a musician), and we caretake our loveable old dog Grumbles. We own a condo just off of Commercial Dr and are very interested in the concept of co-housing. Our current strata is very warm and connected -- we think it's thanks to our influence! -- and we love the idea of combining that feeling with additional amenities and the gorgeous infrastrucutre you've created.

We've looked into the East Van Co-housing documents at Duke St and concluded that it's out of our reach to make an investment in building a prospective home while managing our current mortage. Selling our home to purchase another would be an easier option. We became aware of your CoHousing when a unit came up for sale recently, and would love to know about any other opportunities that come up!
