Vancouver Cohousing Tours will focus on a description of cohousing and the development process. The tour will include the extensive common areas, including the dining room, kitchen, lounge, laundry room, pantry, craft room, children’s play area, yoga room, upper garden and decks, common office, underground parking, workshop, teen room, and guest rooms. The tour will also involve the interior street view from 3 levels. Location of tours is Location 1733 E. 33rd Vancouver BC Canada V5N 3E3. There are 10 spots on each tour.

Dress appropriately for the weather. “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.” Keep in mind to wear warm clothing in layers. Much of the tour is indoors but some outdoor walking will be needed. If an elevator is needed please alert us ahead of time or while registering. When taking photos please remember that Vancouver Cohousing is home to 31 families and they ask that you respect their privacy. Please ask if you want to include them in photos.
We will make every effort to keep you safe and comfortable during this informative tour. Please don’t wander away. We don’t want to waste tour time looking for you. The Common spaces are often occupied and it is typical to see both children and adults using the common areas. Remember that this is their home and try to keep conversations directed to the tour guide. Vancouver Cohousing will not accept responsibility for any injuries that you sustain during a tour.
